** Cet écriteau est de ma proposition, il est plus pertinent dans la mesure où on peut facilement, avec un ciel nuageux, perdre le nord en l’absence du soleil pendant le jour ou des étoiles pendant la nuit. J’ai déjà mis cet écriteau en banderole déroulante sur le Site avant 2013 lorsqu’il était hébergé par Voila.fr. Un ami me l’a rappelé lors d’une journée d’études sur la capitale Tunis, le 21 décembre 2021, j’ai décidé de le remettre de nouveau sur le Site.

Amor BELHEDI
.
Amor Belhedi est Géographe de formation. Il est, depuis 2016, Professeur émérite à la Faculté des Sciences Humaines & Sociales, Université de Tunis et membre de l’Académie Tunisienne des Sciences, des Lettres et des Arts, Beit al-Hikma.
Né à Souk Lahad (Gouvernorat de Kébili) où il a fait ses études primaires. Ses études secondaires ont été au Lycée Mixte de Gabes avant de gagner la Faculté des Lettres & des Sciences Humaines (FLSH) de Tunis pour faire ses études universitaires où il a obtenu la Maîtrise de Géographie (1974), le Certificat d’Aptitude à la Recherche (CAR 1974), le doctorat de 3° cycle (1977) et le doctorat d’Etat (1989).
Il a travaillé au District de Tunis (l’actuelle Agence d’urbanisme du Grand Tunis, AUGT) entre 1975-1978 comme géographe-urbaniste où il y a été successivement Chargé d’études (1975-1976), Chargé d’études Principal (1977) et Chef du Service Programmation (1978).
Il a rejoint l’Université en octobre 1978 comme Enseignant-Chercheur à la Faculté des Lettres & des Sciences Humaines (FLSH), devenue en 1986 Faculté des Sciences Humaines & Sociales (FSHS). Il y a été successivement Assistant (1978-1981), Maître-Assistant (1981-1989), Maître de Conférences (1989-1994) et Professeur d’Enseignement Supérieur (1994-2015) jusqu’à la retraite le 30 septembre 2015. Il devient Professeur émérite en 2016.
Membre du Comité de Rédaction de la Revue Tunisienne de Géographie de 1982 à 2015; il a été successivement son Rédacteur en Chef (1984-1990), puis son Directeur à deux reprises (2000-2006 et 2010-2015) et membre du Comité de lecture depuis 2015.
Membre du Comité de Rédaction de la Revue Géographie & Développement (1979-1983) et membre de son comité de lecture depuis sa création.
Membre du Comité éditorial des revues : Cahiers du Gremamo (SEDET Paris VII), les Cahiers de l’Ouest (Oran, Algérie)
Membre du Comité scientifique de Géographie & Développement du Maroc, URBAN ART BIO (Constantine, Algérie), Innovation et Dynamiques Territoriales (Maroc).
Correspondant des revues : L’Espace Géographique, La Revue Européenne de Géographie, Cybergeo.

Ses recherches sont publiées dans plus de quatorze ouvrages, d’une dizaine de bouquins collectifs et plus d’une centaine d’articles ou de chapitres d’ouvrages collectifs et plus d’une centaine de communications faites dans de nombreux colloques et séminaires.

Il a créé plusieurs groupes de recherche (GREES, GREPVIT, BEPV, DESPAT, LANDS, PNM Développement Régional au CERES).
Il a fondé et dirigé le Laboratoire de Recherche « Dynamiques & Planification Spatiales » (DPS) 1999-2004.
Membre du Groupe « Histoire de la Tunisie & Sciences Humaines et sociales » de l’Institut National de Traduction ITRAD.

Retraité depuis le 01 octobre 2015, après une vie professionnelle de plus de 40 ans comme géographe-urbaniste au District de Tunis d’abord (1975-1978) avant d’intégrer l’Université ensuite comme enseignant-chercheur à la Faculté des Sciences Humaines (1978-2015).

Une bonne partie des textes se trouvent dans les quatre sites ou portails ci-dessous (à part bien entendu les ouvrages, rapports et études, pour une question d’espace d’hébergement limité d’un côté et la nécessité de re-saisir les textes d’autre part). la plupart des textes sur internet datent du début des années 1990 à de très rares exceptions et ce pour des raisons techniques : il faudrait re-saisir ou scanner l’ensemble des textes écrits ou publiés avant 1990 :
* Le présent Site : De nombreux textes (articles, communications, textes inédits) sont publiés dans ce site, notamment ceux produits depuis 1990 (les textes écrits avant 1990 sont simplement cités dans la Page C.Vitae et n’ont pas été re-saisis). Les articles et les textes sont classés selon la date de leur hébergement? La date de la publication est souvent différente et se trouve indiquée dans le texte. Les textes (articles, communications, notes,…) se trouvent dans la marge gauche et la page « Textes ». Les dix (10) textes téléchargés plus récemment se trouvent aussi dans le coin haut de la marge droite.
* Academia : Plus de 120 textes (articles, communications, textes np) se trouvent sur le site
* ResearchGate : Plus d’une soixantaine de textes publiés se trouvent sur le Site

Dans ce cadre, nous avons mis sur le site tous les textes publiés ou écrits depuis 1990 (à part les souvrages qui nécessitent un espace de stockage plus important ou les textes antérieurs à 1990 qui demandent une saisie électronique). Une bonne partie de ces textes se trouve aussi sur Google Scholar, Academia ou Researchgate0 En outre, un groupe Facebook a été créé dans ce sens sur le lien suivant : Groupe facebook : Géonet. Il a pour finalité l’échange de documents de toutes formes sur internet au sein de la communauté. Pour y accéder, il faut ouvrir Facebook d’abord avant de cliquer sur le Groupe. enfin, nous avons signé la charte de L’Internationale des Savoirs pour Tous, IDST

Nous présentons ci-dessous les couvertures des principales publications. Pour les détail et les textes (à part les ouvrages), voir la page C.Vitae.
Le texte des ouvrages ne figure pas dans le site pour des raisons d’espace très limité pour le stockage. Seuls les textes rédigés depuis le début des années 1990 (articles, communications, conférences ou textes non publiés) y figurent pour des raisons techniques, il faudrait re-saisir ou scanner tous les textes publiés avant 1990 ce qui constitue une lourde tâche. Quelques textes seulement datant de la fin des années 1980 ont été insérés ici.

Un haut-lieu
La Faculté des Sciences Humaines & Sociales de Tunis
La Faculté des Sciences Humaines & Sociales (FSHS) a été un haut-lieu où j’ai passé la grande partie de ma vie à part un berf intermède, comme étudaint d’abord et enseignant chercheur ensuite jusqu’à la retraite. Elle a été à la fois le lieu des études univeritaires et le lieu de travail où s’est déroulé l’essentiel de la vie professionnelle. Jusqu’en 1986, c’est la Faculté des Lettres & des Sciences Humaines (FLSH), Depuis elle est devenue la Faculté des Sciences Humaines & Sociales (FSHS) avec la création de la Faculté de Manouba.
